With over 26 years of experience in the real estate industry, Charlene Rodriguez is a highly respected Broker and the founder of Rent 1 Sale 1 Realty, serving Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. Known for her results-driven approach and deep market expertise, Charlene specializes in residential sales, new construction, investment properties, and distressed assets including short sales and foreclosures.
Charlene began her real estate career right out of high school and later earned her Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Florida International University. In 2010, she opened her own brokerage with a mission to make homeownership more accessible and affordable while delivering exceptional service to buyers and sellers.
Throughout her career, Charlene has successfully navigated multiple market shifts and has become a trusted expert in pricing strategy, negotiations, and asset management. She has trained and mentored numerous agents—many of whom have gone on to open their own brokerages—reflecting her passion for leadership and growth within the industry.
Her professional designations include GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and PMN (Performance Management Network), along with certifications in SFR® (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) and AHWD® (At Home With Diversity). These credentials, combined with decades of hands-on experience, allow Charlene to provide strategic guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Charlene is actively involved in the real estate community and previously served as the 2024 President of the Women’s Council of Realtors® Cape Coral-Fort Myers. She currently serves as a Florida Director and a Director for the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association, continuing her commitment to leadership, advocacy, and professional development within the industry.
Originally born in New Jersey and raised in Florida since the age of one, Charlene has a deep love for the Sunshine State. She is passionate about preserving Florida’s natural beauty, especially its waterways, and enjoys boating and traveling in her free time. Her personal goal is to visit all 50 states with her husband.
